Bookdelivery Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions under which you may participate in the Bookdelivery affiliate program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
The Program is available to individuals or entities that wish to promote Bookdelivery products through their websites, blogs, social media channels, or other online marketing platforms (hereinafter, "Affiliates").
Enrollment and Approval
To participate in the Program, you must complete the registration form available on the Bookdelivery website and accept these Terms.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion and without the obligation to provide any justification.
Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Bookdelivery products in an ethical and lawful manner, avoiding any conduct that may harm our reputation.
You are responsible for keeping the information provided during the registration process up to date, including your contact and payment details.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal rights and authority to promote Bookdelivery products and that your participation in the Program does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Commissions
As an Affiliate, you will earn a commission for each sale made through your affiliate link. The commission will amount to 5% of the book's net sale price, excluding shipping costs.
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided that the accumulated balance reaches the minimum amount established in the affiliate agreement. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms with prior notice.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights related to Bookdelivery products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the exclusive property of Bookdelivery.
As an Affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the promotional materials provided by Bookdelivery solely for the purpose of promoting the authorized products under the Program.
Furthermore, you agree not to purchase, register, or otherwise use (and will take reasonable steps to ensure that no third party does so on your behalf) any Bookdelivery or Buscalibros Mark (as defined in the Trademark Guidelines), or any variations or misspellings thereof (e.g., “buscalibro,” “buskalibre,” “buskalibros”) for use in any Search Engine. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us, upon our request, you must ensure that any designated Search Engine excludes the Exclusive Terms (as defined below) from the keywords used to trigger your advertising content in search results (e.g., by implementing negative keyword bidding), provided the Search Engine offers such exclusion capability.
Likewise, you shall not purchase or bid on keywords, search terms, or other identifiers, including terms such as “Bookdelivery,” “buscalibros,” or any other trademark owned by Bookdelivery or its affiliated entities, or any variations or misspellings thereof, nor participate in keyword bidding auctions on a Search Engine if the resulting paid search advertisement qualifies as a Prohibited Paid Search (as defined in the Commission Revenue Schedule). You may purchase paid search ads and submit links to Search Engines to appear in response to general internet queries or keyword searches (i.e., in organic, unpaid, or free search results), provided they comply with the Agreement and the resulting search links—whether paid or organic—direct users to your website and not directly or indirectly, including via a Redirect Link (as defined in the Commission Revenue Schedule), to a Bookdelivery Site.
Term and Termination
These Terms shall become effective as of the date you are approved as an Affiliate and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
