Estanislao Bachrach (Buenos Aires, August 20, 1971) holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from UBA and the University of Montpellier in France. He specializes in Leadership, Innovation, Emotional Intelligence, and Change, and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where he is currently a full-time professor of Creativity and Innovation and Emotional Intelligence for Leaders.
He taught and conducted research at Harvard University for five years, where his students awarded him the Certificate of Distinction in Teaching Biological Sciences for four consecutive years. In Argentina, he co-directed postgraduate programs from Harvard Medical International and Columbia Business School for Latin America, and was the director of the undergraduate program in Business Economics and several executive education programs at the Business School of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Additionally, he founded and directs COCOLAB, an international consultancy in innovation, education, and change.
A renowned international speaker, his first book, ÁgilMente, (Conecta, 2013), quickly became an unprecedented international publishing phenomenon. EnCambio (Conecta, 2015) is his second book.
His latest book, Random (Conecta 2018), is a novel based on real events and the author's first foray into the world of fiction.
