Victoria Aveyard
She grew up in a small town in Massachusetts and enrolled at the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles. There, she earned a degree in screenwriting. As a writer and screenwriter, she herself says she uses her career as an excuse to read too many books and watch too many movies. Red Queen is her literary debut and the first part of a trilogy whose sequel will be published in 2016.
