Isabella Pastor
Isabella Pastor (Lima, 1985) is an advertising graphic designer, specialized in art direction. From a young age, she discovered meditation and qigong and fell in love with the constant search for balance and well-being. Years later, she trained as a yoga teacher and as a holistic therapist, deepening her studies in Ayurveda, Pranayama, and energy therapies. She decided to train in art therapy and created her own method to calm the mind and body and reduce stress and anxiety, the Therapeutic Doodles. She works alongside her husband Alex at www.alexeisa.com sharing techniques and knowledge for well-being in various areas of life.
