Dave Asprey

Dave Asprey is an entrepreneur, author, and prominent figure in the biohacking movement, known for founding Bulletproof Coffee and promoting human performance optimization through scientific and technological techniques. He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1973, and has been recognized as the "Father of Biohacking".

In his youth, Asprey faced health issues such as overweight, chronic fatigue, and arthritis. Motivated by these challenges, he embarked on a journey of self-experimentation that led him to lose over 45 kg, improve his mental health, and increase his IQ by 12 points. This process inspired him to develop the Bulletproof Diet and introduce the concept of "biohacking" in the field of health and wellness.

In addition to his work as a New York Times bestselling author, Asprey is the founder of Upgrade Labs, a center dedicated to human performance optimization, and hosts The Human Upgrade podcast, awarded a Webby and with over 200 million downloads.

Throughout his career, he has been a controversial figure due to his claims about health and longevity, but remains a significant influence in the field of biohacking and alternative health.
