Deborah Adele
Deborah Adele holds degrees in Liberal Studies and Theology and in Religious Studies. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and is certified in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, yoga therapy, and meditation. She has also received training in Gestalt therapy and somatic education. For over fourteen years, she combined her practical business knowledge and deep understanding of yoga philosophy to create Yoga North, which has become a thriving yoga center. In addition to her professional experience and yoga, she has made several study and exploration trips to India. Deborah lives with her husband Doug, a Lutheran pastor, in Duluth (Minnesota) and currently writes, teaches, advises, and engages in her own personal practice.
