Aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege in der Geriatrie (ATP-G) wird bei alteren Menschen mit Unterstutzungs- und Pflegebedarf sowie (Fruh-)Rehabilitationsbedarf durchgefuhrt und geht uber die Grund- und Behandlungspflege hinaus. Sie hat das Ziel, dass Betroffene die individuell optimal erreichbare Mobilitat, Selbststandigkeit und Teilhabe, wie diese vor der aktuellen Verschlechterung bestanden haben, wieder erreichen. In Band 2 geht es um die Vertiefung des Fachwissens und die konkrete Anwendung, die mit Praxisbeispielen und Interventionsvorschlagen alltagstauglich dargestellt wird. Der therapeutische Ansatz und die Anwendung der Fazilitation sowie die Darstellung des Handwerkskoffers mit den benotigten Pflegehilfsmitteln fur ATP-G werden ebenso behandelt wie die Implementierung von ATP-G, das entsprechend notwendige Fortbildungskonzept, die Qualifizierungsstufen fur Aspekte der Beziehungsarbeit und fur Bewegung, die zielorientierte Pflege und die Beantwortung der Frage nach dem besonders geschulten Personal.
