When Cindy began this journey exploring three-word phrases her dad spoke during her childhood she discovered Jesus was also a fan of three word phrases. That's when she knew this collection of devotionals could be a flip book and a chance to co-write with her father, David. The technical name for this type of book is tête-bêche [ tet-besh ]. (printed so that one side is inverted in relation to the other). Cindy loves this concept and was glad it could be implemented for sharing her dad's advice and the corresponding advice from Jesus' three words. Her dad's three word phrases gave the inspiration and Jesus' three word phrases provide the guide. Simple yet meaningful. Dad knows this stuff takes time and a ready mind to "Rise Above It".
