Most of the recipes can be cooked in advance for about three days.The food can also be cooked in larger quantities and be deep-frozen in ready to de-freeze portions to save time. When my book "Wolf and the End of the Future" had been published and The Skye Times had written a little article about it, in which they mentioned my email address, I received quite a few mails from readers, telling me how much they'd enjoyed reading a book written from a dog's point of view. Those readers also asked if there were more recipes for homemade dog food. As a consequence, I wrote this little book.Part of the proceeds from this book will be given to the animal shelter in Esslingen/Neckar, Germany.
