Ministry of Death. Something is not right in the Ministry of Health when staff members of the procurement department are turning up dead. Palmer can’t find a link until his team uncover unauthorised price hikes to certain medicines that lead them into an organised crime family with links to high places in Parliament.The Bodybuilder. It is not unusual for a body to turn up in the large rubbish bins emptied out at the West London Waste Transfer Centre but when one is found minus an arm and the amputation looks to be very professional, Palmer is alerted to a previous one with a missing limb showing the same degree of expertise that is in the Met’s morgue. What’s going on? The team soon come to realise a macabre killer is on the loose who seems to be assembling a body by using different parts of his or her victims. But why?
