Es un buen texto, fácil de leer, entretenido y tiene información muy interesante sobre la vida de Krishnamacharya y apreciaciones generales sobre el yoga. Lo recomiendo para principiantes en teoría del yoga, ya que tiene de todo un poco. Lo malo es la edición, la letra es extremadamente chica y se fuerza mucha la vista para leer. Las hojas son cafés de papel tipo kraft.
