More recently, they successfully treated the flu epidemic of 1918.Nineteenth Century American doctors came west in wagon trains to settle the west. Later, Chinese labor was brought across the Pacific Ocean for building the railroad. They brought medicine traditions with them.More recently, medical schools were founded in Reno and Las Vegas to continue development of medicine in Nevada.
