قُسِّمت هذه الدِّراسة إلى فصلين، الفصل الأوَّل تناولنا فيه مصطلحي الانزياح والشِّعريَّة كمقاربة نظرَّية أين تعرَّضنا للمفهوم واستحضرنا الدِّراسات الغربيَّة والعربيَّة التُّراثيَّة والمعاصرة وماذا قالت في الانزياح، أمَّا الفصل الثَّاني فكان العمل فيه تطبيقيًّا مقسَّما إل ثلاثة جوانب، الجانب الأوَّل مسَّ الانزياح التَّركيبي والَّذي اقتصرنا فيه على الحذف والتَّقديم والتَّأخير، أمَّا الجانب الثَّاني فمسَّ الانزياح الدَّلالي مركِّزين على التَّشبيه والاستعارة، والجانب الأخير كان في الانزياح الصَّوتي الَّذي يمسُّ البحور الشِّعريَّة، لنصل في الأخير إلى مجموعة من النَّتائج أبرزها أنَّ الانزياح أبرز ما في لغة الشِّعر الفنيَّة والجماليَّة.
