Not only are the "Words for the Soul" intended to encourage the faith of the reader, but at the bottom of each page can be found daily references from the Old and New Testaments, the Psalms and the Proverbs -- strategically arranged so that a student of Scripture might be able to read through the entire Bible in one year.
