In this work devoted to "Privacy put to the test of digital technology. The risks of the dissemination of intimate images in Congolese and French comparative law", the author analyzes, through direct observation, the phenomenon which is currently breaking records consisting of the publication of images of an intimate nature on certain websites or in social networks.
