Synopsis "drive and survive,overseas carp adventures"
My motivation in compiling Drive and Survive was to produce a Carp book that was by the people for the people.Like myself many of the contributors have never appeared in print before and therefor will not be household names as such.Carp anglers as a rule care greatly about their fish and surroundings and just about all us have a story wating to be told.I hope you enjoy reading this collection of tales as much as i did in compiling them and that it inspires you in your fishing .I have tried to use the origional words of each Author as much as possible and therefor the writing styles will vary greatly.The book is not a highly polished epic by one of the tackle giants and therfor does not carry excessive advertising and the fact that i have coverred some venues more than once is pure coincidence.I have tried to get different prospectives on our sport by including lake owners and a booking agent and hopefully the finished product is a great isight into this great passtime of ours.My aim is to produce more volumes of this concept and that you the reader will have the chance to tell your own memorable story in the near future.I wish you all luck in making your own dreams come true.Jay
