DULCE Y SALADA es un proyecto iniciado en el 2010, recorre la vida de los pobladores de Nueva Venecia y el ecosistema en el que habitan: el agua de la Ciénaga de Machete. El libro plantea un viaje onírico por los sueños de sus habitantes, en los cuales recorremos este gran espejo de agua que es la ciénaga. A través de los encuentros y de visitar las historias de los habitantes, se plantea esta doble condición cíclica del ecosistema: la de transitar entre el agua dulce y la salada.
