She shares her battle with the demons of low self worth, anxiety, and fear; and how she found herself incarcerated in a mental prison, with no hope of being set free. She was broken, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Believing that her pain was too great to bear, rejection became her companion and self-loathing a way of life.
