Synopsis "The Hawk of Quraish"
Saif Megrahi is desperate to escape the same fate as that of his father at the hands of revolutionaries. When Waleed al-Warfalli, his late father's top assassin, discovers that renowned Australian marine biologist, Doctor Nicole Brandon, might inadvertently have provided Saif's enemies with a clue about his operation to smuggle himself into Mexico, Saif authorizes a security consultant to orchestrate her disappearance. John Bolt is on his retirement vacation in Mexico when, with timely and implausible help, he rescues Nicole. Facing many possible suspects and motives, but few persons she can trust, the reclusive Doctor Brandon enlists John to help her elude discovery and buy time to identify who is trying to kill her. But, when Major Ellmeera Majang, the former head of the late Colonel al-Megrahi's personal body guard unit, cannot find conclusive proof of Nicole's death, she is on the hunt to make certain the biologist will not compromise Saif's operation, and more importantly, the new kind of freedom Ellmeera wishes for the young women who make up her team.
