They are the most important for organ development, especially heart and brain. Recipes with meat, beans, and eggs, are the best option for a light yet protein-packed meal. Calcium is in charge of bone and tooth health, while iron helps in blood production that supplies your baby with oxygen. Milk, Greek yogurt, cheese, and leafy greens are the best-known sources of these minerals.
