Synopsis "Anthropometric and Somatotype Characteristics: A Study of Male Trainees of Different Sports Disciplines"
The book explain about a study conducted on Anthropometric profiles of male trainees of different sports and games, such as Athletics, Swimming Taekwondo, cycling etc. Different anthropometric characters were selected and analyzed using different statistical tools. It was found that swimming group were having comparatively less body measurements, whereas the Taekwondo group was observed with higher body measurement. Swimming and cycling groups were found to be ectomorphic mesomorphs and Taekwondo and Athletic groups were mesomorphic ectomorphs. The study will help the sports trainees and coaches to train the individuals for the development of body measurements in different dimensions.
