Da menschliche Milch sehr verderblich ist, wurden in dieser Arbeit alternative Konservierungsverfahren wie Sprühtrocknung, hoher hydrostatischer Druck und UV-Strahlung untersucht, um Nährstoffverluste in menschlicher Milch zu konservieren und zu vermeiden.
