Synopsis "Apollonian Hues: Book No. 1 in the Saga of the Great Algorithm"

Apollonian Hues is the first of a series of five books that constitute the Saga of the Great Algorithm. It tells the story of Louisa: a lonesome middle-aged computational genius, stuck in an ethically dubious job at the Beyond Gate Corporation (BGC): one of the world's largest providers of trading and financial services. Louisa finds an unexpected source of excitement and inspiration after she receives an invitation through the chat-box of a live-sex website. This invitation leads her to an obscure medical practice, where she meets Carla Petrova, the personal assistant of Dr. Clausen (the mysterious inventor of the Apollonian Hues project). This project revolves around a "connecting device" that allows Louisa to connect to the mind of a comatose patient, where she lives a fantastic, romantic experience that leaves her craving for more.
