Synopsis "Arbeits- und Kapitalproduktivität bei Weintrauben (Vitis vinifera L.) (in German)"

Ziel war es, die Indizes der Arbeitsproduktivität (LFP) und der Kapitalproduktivität (CP) beim Anbau von Weinreben (Vitis vinifera) in Coahuila, Mexiko, zu ermitteln. Es wurden die mathematischen Modelle von PT und PC von Rios und Navarrete (2017) verwendet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sie Indizes von 20.441 kg Arbeiter-1, 0,11 h kg-1, USD 12.581 Arbeiter-1 in GVP pro Arbeiter, USD 8.439 Arbeiter-1 in Value Added, USD 4.200 Arbeiter-1 in Profit pro Arbeiter, RB/C gleich 1,50, USD 0,41 kg-1 in Stückkosten pro kg hatten, und dass die soziale Produktivität des Kapitals (PSC) 119 Arbeitsplätze MUSD-1 war, und schlie lich, die Schaffung eines Arbeitsplatzes erforderte USD 8.381. Im Vergleich zu den Trauben aus Sonora hat Coahuila 27% höhere Stückkosten, sein GVP Arbeiter-1 liegt nur bei 16% und mit 112,71 t-1 Stunden investiert er viermal mehr Arbeitszeit, um eine Tonne Trauben zu produzieren.
