This is a true story of a catalog company posing as a credit card company. I had received an offer for a credit card in the mail and decided to apply for it. What I got instead was a catalog with a line of credit. I was a Customer Service Rep for a while, so, I know how it works. That fast-talking Rep is reading off a script. I exposed what happened at their Call Center. Then, I found out this was the same company that sent me a catalog with a credit limit to their junk. They were scamming Customer's out of their bank accounts. I quit, soon after that. The Company, eventually, went out of business. If you have ever felt like taking a hammer to that item, because the instructions are in another language, and you cannot understand Customer service, then this book is for you.
