Synopsis "Biotechnologisches Potenzial von Kalkorangenpilzen (in German)"

Präsentiert diese Studie auf beispiellose Weise das Ziel, die Haut von C. limettioides Tan zu trocknen. Anwendung mathematischer Modelle, Quantifizierung des Phenol- und Gesamtflavonoidgehalts und Bewertung des antimikrobiellen Potentials einer stabilen Nanoemulsion unter Verwendung einer Niedrigenergiemethode.Durch die erhaltenen Ergebnisse konnte festgestellt werden, dass das logarithmische mathematische Modell dasjenige war, das am besten zu den experimentellen Daten passte. Der quantifizierte Gesamtphenolgehalt betrug 75.124 mg EAT g-1 und Flavonoide 99,22 mg EQT g-1. OE und Nanoemulsion zeigten eine fungizide Aktivität gegen alle getesteten Mikroorganismen. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse belegen das Potenzial, das für die Anwendung von OE und die Nanoemulsion der Haut von C. limettioides Tan als antimikrobielles Mittel erforderlich ist, und fördern das Potenzial für die Anwendung von OE.
