Synopsis "Control of the Flower Bud Fly in Passion Fruit Crop"
The book presents the results of evaluating the effects of plant extracts on the control of the flower bud fly (Dasiops sp) of passion fruit (Passiflora ligularis). The results indicate in the percentage of population incidence of the flower bud fly in passion fruit at 45 days of intervention, the lowest Dasiops sp/trap/week were recorded in the plots treated with rue extracts, followed by the paico extract treatment, however, at 60 days post-application, the falls/trap rose to 50 adults/trap, and at 75 days, 20 adults/trap. The higuerilla treatment registered a constant decrease from the first week of evaluation, ending with 27 adults/trap.
