Im Rezepteil werden nicht nur die Zubereitung von Hefe-, Sauerteig- und Honig-Salz-Broten beschrieben, sondern es wird auch eine vom Autor entwickelte Gärmethode vorgestellt, die sogenannte "3-Phasen-Gärung". Ebenso wird natürlich gezeigt, wie auf einfache Weise glutenfreie Brote gebacken werden können.
