Two Frenchmen engage an Islamic radical to induce a Pakastani nuclear scientist into building a suitcase nuetron bomb. Their target, the forthcoming G-8 conference held in Paris. While enjoying a romantic holiday with his lady friend, France's top intelligenence agent, Jean Lafitte, recieves a call from his superior. Immediately sent on an urgent mission to Algiers, Lafitte and two others are abducted by five hooded terrorists in their hotel room. The terrorists send a video around the world threatening to behead each one until the French authorities meet their demands. Meanwhile, in his San Francisco home, FBI agent Mike Stone sees the al Jazeera video on the morning news showing his close friend, Lafitte, kneeling blindfolded before a hooded sword-wielding terrorist. Stunned, Stone calls Lafitte's Moroccan covert ops partner, Yacko. Together they team up to try and save Lafitte, but will it be in time? Will the evil forces that threaten to eradicate the leaders of the western world be stopped?
