Drifting in the Wake traces the life of Orville Wright from a humble childhood to adventures world-wide, from testing helicopters to recovering Skylab astronauts, to blowing up mines in Hai Phong Harbor, Vietnam. He played Hollywood celebrity tennis with a porn star, was inducted into his high school athletic hall of fame, served as District Governor for Rotary International, and flew peace negotiators into North Vietnam. He also wrote and edited a book about life in an orphanage, and spent five years in the U.K. testing helicopters for the British Navy. In addition, he has performed five musical comedy shows for charity. This Horatio Alger-type memoir should be shared with friends and families. All profits will be donated to Tabor Children's Services Inc., located in Philadelphia, PA.
