El trabajo que se presenta a continuación tiene como objeto conformar la base informativa y documental para el proyecto de Rehabilitación del edificio "Toki Eder", ubicado en el Municipio Chacao, Edo. Miranda. Promueve la valoración de este Bien de Interés Cultural, cuyos valores históricos, arquitectónicos y constructivos son ejemplo claro de la arquitectura moderna caraqueña. El Estudio Técnico y la propuesta de intervención son producto de un trabajo profesional interdisciplinario, desarrollado a partir de un proceso de investigación documental y de campo, que incluye registros gráficos y fotográficos de la edificación. El objetivo del proyecto es conservar y proteger los valores constructivos de la edificación, orientado a restablecer la eficacia y aspecto original de su fachada neohispana, así como el rescate de su estructura original.
