Rodolfo Santullo (1979) es un escritor, periodista, guionista de cómics y editor uruguayo nacido en México. Fue galardonado con el Premio Solano López a la mejor obra escrita por su novela gráfica "Cena con Amigos". En 2009 compartió el Primer Premio del Concurso JC Onetti con el historietista Matías Bergara. En 2018 ganó el premio a la mejor escritura por la novela gráfica "El Escapista".
