To date, I have written over forty books; many of them on hypnosis. This, however, is the first book I have written on self-hypnosis. There are some personal reasons why I haven't yet written a book on self-hypnosis, but the primary reason has been most books on self-hypnosis (in my opinion) fail to help the reader help themselves holistically improve their life path and help them get closer to their dreams and ambitions. It has taken me a long time to decide what avenue to take to finally write my self-hypnosis book. I wanted to wriie a book that would help people not only cure a fear or a phobia, but also help them to create within them a better environment in which success was be more guaranteed for them. You see we are not always in control of our external environment. When growing up as children we don't get to choose our parents, choose which homes we live in, decide what school clothes we wear (unless we're lucky). There are a lot of things we don't have control over, and for this reason sometimes people feel victimized. It is an external world that creates victims. We buy into the belief: "What you see is what you get," and that's all you get. This is not true. There is another environment which you have total control over, which is your internal world. This is one reason why children who suffer abuse tend to go inward and dissociated themselves from reality and embrace rather some fictional reality. This is the reason why we find ourselves in our heads hoping for a better tomorrow, envisioning an ideal environment in our minds, and praying things will work out for us when our futures seem unsure. This book you hold in your hands is a book which con-tains eleven self-hypnosis inductions. I've created and hand-selected these inductions for inclusion in this book, and written about them in such a way you can easily understand them and implement them in your day-to-day life. By doing so, you will align the external reality that you see every day with the internal reality you secretly hope and pray for. Self-hypnosis is more than just curing fears and phobias it can help you, as it has helped me, and millions of others, to live a better life. There's a lot more I could go on and say about this book in this introduction, but I think you will find such a special book more useful if you read it yourself and apply its lessons to your life. This is a total transformation system to help you feel better, be better, and be more prosperous and success-ful. It is a holistic approach to self-hypnosis which I have yet to find anywhere else.
