The author Ricardo Eduardo Fernández was born in Argentina in the province of San Juan near the Chilean border. He studied economic science at La Plata University and continued living and working there as a business consultant until the beginning of the twenty first century. He then immigrated to the United States, and he's still living there. As its title suggests, this book tries to show the way to a better life; simple and easily understood. The book includes many different fields of knowledge such as genetics, epigenetics, nutrition, physical activity and human health, only taking in consideration serious scientifically proved information, since doubtlessly scientific methods are very helpful when we have to avoid the huge amount of disinformation in the Internet. That means all the information about the progress made, had to be examined, analyzed, and filtered objectively, avoiding superficial studies and magic ideas that have always led to misunderstandings in many areas (Medicine, history, politics). The scientific community does not produce its achievements in a coordinated and regular way, so filtering is a difficult but necessary task, when we want to be objective. There is such an enormous amount of disinformation and it's easily getting us off the right track. Therefore it's so important to do an honest and objective job here.
