Einleitung: Brustkrebs ist eine Gruppe von Tumoren, die ein sehr unterschiedliches biologisches Verhalten und eine gro e klinische Variabilität aufweisen. Die immunhistochemische Klassifizierung ist von gro em Nutzen bei der Festlegung der Behandlung und der Prognose der Krankheit.Ziel: Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung war es, Mammakarzinome anhand immunhistochemischer Marker in Immunphänotypen zu klassifizieren und die klinisch-pathologischen Merkmale der verschiedenen Immunphänotypen zu analysieren.Schlussfolgerungen: Mammakarzinome mit dreifach negativem und Her2/neu-Immunphänotyp weisen ungünstigere klinisch-pathologische und immunhistochemische Merkmale auf, die mit einer schlechteren Prognose verbunden sind, während Luminal-A-Karzinome günstigere Merkmale aufweisen, die sich in einer besseren Prognose niederschlagen.
