Improper diet and physical inactivity are the most important factors contributing to the epidemic of overweight and obesity in the world. With the population in the country these factors are increasingly present. Figures show that 60.5% of men and 47.8% of women aged over 20 years are overweight, and about 20.0% of adults in the country are obese.Subject to survey the views of respondents, health workers and coworkers and associates with different socio-demographic characteristics, employed in public health organization in the Republic of North Macedonia. Objectives of the research is to determine the impact of regular physical activity on the health situation of health workers and coworkers using a health-statistical and socio-medical method of work.
