Synopsis "Improvement strategy for the performance of teaching assistants"
The University must achieve a permanent formation of high quality in its professionals, preparing them to act in an efficient and effective way, as much in their functions as citizens, as in their professional performance. To develop the research, the following methods were used at the theoretical level: historical-logical, inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and systemic-structural functional; at the empirical level: observation, interview, survey, document analysis, expert judgment. In addition, the percentage analysis was used for the quantitative processing of the information. The evaluation of the proposal by means of the expert criterion demonstrated the relevance of the scientific result elaborated. The application of the transformation proposal in practice, evidenced the improvement of the teaching performance from the university formative processes, the solution of clinical cases and the demands of the context of professional performance.
