Twenty-three poems, with accompanying photography. Flowers, skulls, the truth, willows, sand and dark water. About love, about magic, about apostasy. Simple Illinois boy growing up, connecting to history and ancestry. Mystical leanings, getting older now day by day. Experiencing life as he knows it. Love lost, love gained, not holding on to shooting stars, letting their light hit the earth and brighten the sky. Can't say it all, but can sure try. Enjoying the waves as they come in.
