Indeed, weak performance in agricultural sector has negatives implications in terms of food security and balance of payments. Be given this importance, the Cameroonian government has give a great priority to agriculture related projects. However, all these strategies could be useless if there is no one to work in this sector. This study intend to contribute to a better understanding of mechanisms by which socioeconomic factors affect job mobility toward agricultural sector in Cameroon.
