The new process includes Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Conversion, Knowledge Communication and Knowledge Change.“Knowledge 4C”, by incorporating four knowledge management processes is suitable in managing knowledge and skills, such as talent management, customer management, financial management and innovation management.
