When the Governor's Security Division (GSD) determines their protectee, Governor William Ulysses Stovall, might be in the assassin's crosshairs, they implement high level protective measures to keep him safe. As the risk to Stovall escalates, GSD finds their protectee pushing them back to apease the press.
