At international level, these instruments include the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, 1966, which Lesotho ratified on 9 December 1992. Article 25 of the Covenant provides that: Lesotho also ratified the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination in 1966.
