Synopsis "Metafísica e Política: Uma Interpretação da Obra de Carl Schmitt (in Portuguese)"

Esta pesquisa tem como proposta a reconstrução das teses de Carl Schmitt acerca da distinção moderna entre faticidade e validade em teoria política. Os objetivos deste estudo são: (i) analisar os paradigmas políticos modernos – normativismo e realismo – como consequência do problema da relação entre imediatidade e mediatidade da forma política e (ii) elaborar uma leitura da obra schmittiana sob o Leitmotiv de que o autor inaugura um novo quadro conceitual que não opera com os códigos seja das teorias normativistas seja das teorias realistas. Neste contexto, a tese desta pesquisa é desenvolver no que consiste tal paradigma político que Schmitt apenas esboçara em sua obra.
