When a tiny earthquake cracks a shell dome far beneath the surface of the Earth volcanic mud makes it’s way to the surface. Ever since the creation of the Earth a creature had been locked away in that mud and now it walks the surface. After watching human animals beat up a friend and leaving her for dead the creature saves her. Then the young girl and the creature work together to get even with those that hurt her. As others come into the mountains of Bolder Colorado they also become targets. This is a new type of Beauty and the Beast story.
