Lee Jun-Fan nació el año del Dragón en San Francisco pero se crió en Hong Kong. Actuó desde pequeño en una veintena de películas. A los 12 años empezó a practicar artes marciales y posteriormente fue campeón de chachachá. Para sacarle del ambiente de las peleas de bandas, sus padres decidieron enviarle a Estados Unidos. Allí estudió la carrera de Filosofía. Abrió su propia escuela de artes marciales y creó un estilo propio llamado jeet kune do: una mezcla de kungfú, esgrima, boxeo y filosofía. Poco después empezó a aparecer en series de televisión y a protagonizar películas que batieron récords de taquilla. Gracias a su popularidad, Bruce Lee consiguió extender su pasión por las artes marciales por todo el mundo.
