The time has come for us to help PAVE the way to reduce Police Suicides as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD which is a Mental Health Disorder Military and Paramilitary - Law Enforcement Officers to engage in Violation Of Rules and Regulations such as theft of Police Athletic League Funds; to help men, women and children in need of Social or Medical Care. Moreover, practice Community & Police Relations while being trained to deal with people with Mental Health, including self before using deadly force, professional/personal misconduct; or committing police suicide. The disorder can be mild, moderate or severe. It manifest itself physically, emotionally, behavioral, and cognitive signs and symptoms that will disrupt professional and personal duties and families leading to divorce; Domestic Violence; Murder Suicide; or killing of citizens or Self are not immune from this horrible disorder. For example, in 2019, (10) NYPD Police Personnel committed suicide. Overall, approximately 170 Officers in 2019 within the United States of America has committed suicide. The Disorder that is found to have caused many deaths over years. In addition, the various cities such as Flint, MI, Detroit, MI, Chicago, Il, New York City, Arkansas, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and many other U.S. cities has law enforcement officer in the field responding to multiple violent crimes like Homicides and Infant -cides; RN-cides on hospital grounds and numerous crimes, including mass shootings of schools and businesses. The trauma and stress being inflicted psychologically and physiological signs and symptoms of PTSD that is causing police officers to commit suicide every 24 hours in the United States and Worldwide. Healthy Law Enforcement Officers who understand the destruction that PTSD is costing agencies and the lives of Officers as Cultural Communication and Cross Communication education along with restructure of Training Academy Curriculums to create identical training tools to create similar conduct within the laws, rules and regulations with aggressive training on PTSD can reduce police suicides and shootings of suspected criminal not posing danger, and personal misconduct on/off the job.
