Al plantear esta cuestión, no se trata simplemente de preguntar por el destino de un proyecto u objeto conocido, sino de cuestionar la esencia misma de la Unión Europea. Por eso el interrogante es esencial. Por eso, también, debemos, aquí y ahora (lo que no eximirá a otros de tener que hacerlo de nuevo después), responder a esta pregunta.
