Les thiocyanates organiques sont des intermédiaires de synthèse importants pour accéder à des composés soufrés précieux. Dans ce manuscrit, deux méthodes (A et B) seront présentées pour leur préparation. En effet, l'agent de thiocyanation utilisé dans notre travail fut le NH4SCN qui est un réactif important pour la production de cette classe de composés intermédiaires, en présence de certains catalyseurs naturels et synthétiques avec l'agent oxydant K2S2O8 dans du méthanol. Nous avons pris le phénol et l'indole comme substrats modèles et les résultats obtenus étaient très satisfaisants.
