Synopsis "Russian Organized Crime in Branson, Missouri: The Seven Year Chase, Arrest and Conviction of Serguei"

This book identifies how Serguei Choukline committed fraud in the process of applying for a foreign labor force, to work in Branson, Missouri. It identifies how Serguei and his co-conspirators then, once they arrived, misused, and abused the foreign laborers. They were threatened with beatings, arrests and deportation or actually beaten if they failed to comply with Serguei's instruction. Men and women placed in apartments and small hotel rooms together with 6 to 8 persons in one room with only 2 beds and then charged each of them exuberant amounts of rent for the room. We identify how he would retain their passports and travel documents charging them if they wanted to change jobs or leave his employment and much more. This book identifies how Serguei Choukline a citizen of Russia and a Resident Alien in the United States and his co-conspirators lied to the foreign labor force to persuade them to come to and work in the United States. How Serguei lied on the applications he filed with the State of Missouri to use a foreign labor force and then to the United States Department of Labor and to the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Department of Homeland Security in the applications he filed. The applications he filed on behalf of the foreign laborer to come to and enter the United States for the purposes of working for his fraudulent and fictitious companies and for managers that didn't exist.
