Este libro aborda, desde el punto de vista del derecho administrativo económico y de la regulación, las tendencias con respecto a la cuestión de la autonomía de los organismos reguladores, mediante la cual se procura mantenerlos a distancia suficiente del poder político de turno. Igualmente, trata la actualidad de las medidas antidumping, compensatorias contra subsidios y de salvaguardia en el ámbito de comercio, cuyas repercusiones son internacionales, aunque su aplicación corresponde al ámbito administrativo; asimismo, se ocupa también de las tendencias en cuanto al procedimiento administrativo sancionador, destacando el tema del debido respeto de los principios y las garantías aplicables, en particular en relación con la defensa de la competencia en los ámbitos nacional y comunitario andino.
Este primer anuario es fruto del I Congreso Internacional de Derecho Administrativo Económico y Regulación, organizado por la Universidad ESAN en el mes de julio del 2021. Contiene las contribuciones de académicos y profesionales iberoamericanos, expertos de referencia en cada materia abordada.
